MY JOURNEY BEGINS

Welcome to Brussels2Saigon – A limitless journey of a charitable heart.

In the autumn of my life, as if born for a second time, I do not choose stillness. I want to share a message with everyone, especially those battling cancer: Cancer is not the end of the road. Therefore, I have chosen a path that connects hearts from Europe to my homeland, Vietnam, on a resilient solar electric tricycle.

My journey is the culmination of every kilometer I conquer daily across the roads of Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland... until I set foot in Vietnam and complete the cross-country route in Ho Chi Minh City.

I begin at kilometer zero right here in Brussels. Every rotation of the wheels on European roads is being documented. Each kilometer traveled and every land I set foot on during this project and the path toward Vietnam carries the mission of raising funds for the warriors fighting cancer in Belgium and back home.

Join me: The mileage on the odometer is a testament to perseverance, and the funds you donate are the strength that provides hope to those in need. Let us turn every mile into a source of life!

"Every kilometer – A gesture of love sent to cancer patients."

To carry out this journey, I need your companionship for every kilometer. You do not need to be a major sponsor to make a difference; join me in turning every stage of my path into a 'chain of love': With just 5 Euros, you sponsor 1 km of my journey.

Whether I am cycling through Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland... or officially crossing the continent to return to Vietnam, every kilometer requires support. You may donate as many kilometers as you wish – every contribution is directly credited to the journey and dedicated entirely to patients at Delta Hospital (Belgium), K Hospital (Hanoi), and An Binh Hospital (HCMC).

Transparency is our guiding principle: To ensure every cent of your donation reaches the right destination, the Brussels2Saigon project implements a transparent fundraising method:

  • In Belgium: Donations are managed through a dedicated account opened with the support of Delta Hospital (Groupe Chirec).

  • In Vietnam: Donations are managed through an account supervised by the Embassy of Belgium in Vietnam. Upon completion of the journey, logistical expenses (shipping the vehicle, travel, airfare) will be reimbursed under the supervision of the Embassy, and the entire remaining balance will be transferred to the beneficiary hospitals.

“Become a companion for every km of Brussels2Saigon today!”
