Part 1: The Principle of Ultimate Transparency

This trip is a purely charitable campaign. To ensure absolute transparency, all donations will be received through two official channels under independent supervision:

• In Belgium (Supporting Research): All donations will be received directly into the account of the Cancer Research Fund, supported by the Delta Hospital (Groupe Chirec, Belgium).

• In Vietnam (Supporting Patients): All donations will be received into an account supervised with the support of the Embassy of Belgium in Vietnam.

Part 2: Managing Expedition Budget & Commitment to Transparency

With the goal of ensuring the Brussels2Saigon project is completed successfully and sustainably, the operational budget will be managed with strict rigor, based on actual expenses and subject to the oversight of sponsoring organizations:

· Necessary Operational Expenses: These include the international shipping of the electric tricycle, actual logistical costs incurred throughout the journey (across Europe and during the cross-Vietnam expedition), as well as airfare required for the mission. These expenses will be deducted from the collected funds upon presentation of valid receipts.

· Commitment to Support: The entire remaining balance, after deducting the aforementioned operational expenses, will be transferred directly to support patients at K Hospital (Hanoi) and An Binh Hospital (HCMC).

Part 3: "Empowering Every Kilometer" Campaign

Every gesture of support, no matter how small, contributes to creating a miracle. With each 5 Euro contribution to the fund accounts mentioned above, you are directly powering my wheels for another 1 km on this journey of connecting love, sending support to cancer warriors in both Belgium and Vietnam.

About the Commemorative Tricycle: After completing the cross-Vietnam journey, the electric tricycle—my loyal companion—will be preserved as a symbolic witness and emblem of this transcontinental humanitarian odyssey.
