The Transcontinental Journey of Compassion: Brussels2Saigon is more than just a plan; it is an ongoing journey of dedication, technology, and compassion. Starting now (in 2026), the wheels are in motion to CONNECT HEARTS THROUGH LOVE.

1. The European Fundraising Phase (Beginning in 2026)

The journey begins! As soon as the electric tricycle "steed" is selected, I will officially hit the road, cycling across routes in Europe (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Poland, etc.).

  • Real-world experience: Every kilometer cycled across EU routes serves as a practical test of the vehicle's durability and my own physical limits.

  • Spreading love: Every kilometer I cover, whether in Europe or Vietnam, is a sponsored kilometer aimed at raising funds for cancer warriors.

2. Strategic Roadmap: The Journey Home (Planned for 2027)

After honing my journey on the most demanding routes in Europe, the journey will enter its emotional "Return to Roots" phase:

  • International logistics: After completing thousands of kilometers of testing across European roads, the tricycle will be crated and shipped to Vietnam. The shipping method (by sea or other suitable means) will be determined based on actual conditions at the time, to ensure optimal safety for the journey.

  • Cross-Vietnam journey: I will embark on a cycling expedition across Vietnam (Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City or vice versa) to fulfill the mission of support for K Hospital (Hanoi) and An Binh Hospital (HCMC).

3. Vehicle Optimization & Documentation

  • Technical preparation: The tricycle will be fine-tuned to ensure maximum flexibility across all terrains.

  • Documenting the journey: Equipped with a 4-camera system, I will record the entire cycling process in the EU and the cross-Vietnam journey to create a genuine documentary film of this Euro-Asian humanitarian adventure.

Transparency & Contributions

To ensure the highest level of transparency for all generous hearts, I am establishing two funding channels:

  • In Belgium (Supporting Research): I respectfully request the support of Delta Hospital (Groupe Chirec) in opening a dedicated account for the brussels2saigon.com project. All donations will be received directly into this account and transferred entirely to the Delta Hospital/Groupe Chirec Cancer Research Fund.

  • In Vietnam (Supporting Patients): I respectfully request the support of the Embassy of Belgium in Vietnam to oversee an account receiving donations for the brussels2saigon.com project. Upon completion of the journey, I will request the Embassy of Belgium in Hanoi to authorize the reimbursement of actual logistical expenses, including:

    • International transport of the electric tricycle (from Poland to Vietnam and return to Belgium).

    • Actual logistics and travel expenses incurred during the European and cross-Vietnam legs.

    • Round-trip airfare (Warsaw – Hanoi and Saigon – Brussels).

    • The entire remaining balance will be transferred to support patients at K Hospital (Hanoi) and An Binh Hospital (HCMC).
